We understand that there may be times when a purchase doesn't turn out as you expected. This page outlines our policy on refunds to help ensure we’re all on the same page.
1. Digital Products And Programs
Refund Period: We offer a full refund on all digital products within 60 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
We believe in the value of our products, but we also understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@matthewcoast.com with your email address used for the purchase. We may ask for feedback or reasons for the refund request to help us improve our offerings.
However, you don't need to answer any questions about it.
Exceptions: Please note, certain digital products may be exempt from this policy if specified at the time of purchase.
2. Coaching Services
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled coaching session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made later than this may not be eligible for a refund.
Package Refunds: For coaching packages, we can offer a partial refund for any unused sessions within 30 days of purchase.
The refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions already completed.
There may be other limitations or restrictions on coaching packages purchase that will be communicated with you at the time of purchase or from the coach you're receiving the services from.
3. Physical Products
Return Window: Physical items can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
Return Process: Please reach out to our support team for a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
4. Exceptions
Some items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
