How to Get a Refund

If, for whatever reason, you've decided that a program you purchased isn't for you anymore...

Here's the fastest way to receive a refund for the program:

  1. Get your transaction ID and email address from the confirmation email.

When you purchase one of my programs, you'll receive a confirmation email from my payment processing company, Clickbank.

You need the transaction ID and email address from the purchase.

To get this, just search your email for "clickbank" and the email should come up, assuming you put the right email addresses in when you purchased the program.

You will need this for the next step...

2. Go to the Clickbank Support site and enter in your details.

Here's the site you'll want to go to ==>!/

Click on "Look Up My Order"

Enter your email and transaction ID in the spaces provided, click the recaptcha button, and then click "Go!"

3. On the right hand side of the screen, click the "Get Support" button...

4. Lastly, click the "Refund Request" bullet, put in a reason, and then click the "Send" button at the bottom.

After that, it usually takes around 48 hours, at the most, for Clickbank to process your refund request and issue the funds back to you.
